Chris McDonald is a Clinical Therapist and the Coordinator of our Domestic Violence Program at Matters of the Mind, LLC- a full service behavioral health agency, located in North Las Vegas and Laughlin, NV. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Human Service from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He went on to earn his master’s degree in psychology, as well as Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. Chris has worked in the counseling field since 2003. He is currently a certified domestic battery counselor and has previously worked for Safe Nest for over 10 years. He continues to work in the mental health field. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Chris McDonald was born and raised in the Las Vegas area. He is a former competitive tennis player, and now loves mountain biking. His goal is to play a tennis tournament and compete in an enduro mountain bike race. He also looks forward to riding The Whole Enchilada in Moab Utah in 2019.
